James Whalen, Director of TWU Local 100 Retirees Association, and a long time office of the TWU International, was reelected to his position as an International Vice President. Whalen was a member of International President John Samuelsen’s ‘United Unstoppable’ Slate, that was elected without opposition by the more than 500 delegates to the Union’s 27th Constitutional Convention in Las Vegas. The Convention was held from Sept. 15-18, 2025, The final day of the Convention coincided with the 120th Anniversary of the union’s founder, Michael J. Quill.
